Workflow

Guest Registration and Check-In

1. Guest Registration: Guests can be registered through the website or the API. During registration, the guest's details such as name and email are collected.
2. QR Code Generation and Distribution: After a guest is registered, a unique QR code is generated for them. This QR code can be sent to the guest via email, either manually by an event organizer or automatically by the system.
3. Event Check-In: Upon arrival at the event, the guest presents their QR code. The QR code can be scanned using any device, such as a phone, tablet, or computer. If a guest does not have their QR code, they can be checked in manually by an event staff member.
4. Badge Printing: Once a guest is checked in, a print job for the guest's badge is automatically sent to the connected badge printer.
