Troubleshooting

Sometimes issues may arise when printing due to a misconfiguration between what is selected on the browser printing dialog and the internal printer configuration. If this happens, then:

  1. Type printer in the search bar.
  2. Go to Printers & Scanners.
  3. Click on the printer you are using to print and then click on Printing Preferences.
  4. Make sure that the settings here correspond to the browser settings, specially the paper size.
