   • Use the service to infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
   • Exploit the service for unauthorized or fraudulent activities.

4. Fees and Payments

1. Fees for services are outlined in your subscription or payment plan.
2. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement or required by law.
3. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

2. You must ensure that attendees whose data you upload or process have consented to its use.
3. Badgestic is not liable for unauthorized data uploads or breaches resulting from your negligence.

6. Service Availability

1. Badgestic aims to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee 100% uptime.
2. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may temporarily impact availability.

7. Intellectual Property

1. All intellectual property, including software, branding, and designs, is owned by Badgestic.
2. You may not use our intellectual property without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Badgestic is not liable for:

• Errors in badge printing caused by user input.
• Unauthorized access to your account.
• Loss of revenue or data resulting from service use. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the past six months.

9. Termination

1. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting contact@badgestic.com.
2. Badgestic may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms or non-payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Germany.

11. Changes to Terms

Badgestic reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance.
